System Expandability

The E-M1 Mark III is compatible with dustproof and splashproof power battery holder HLD-9. When needed you can attach the HLD-9 to the E-M1 Mark III, use camera only for shooting that requires portability or use with HLD-9 for frequent use in vertical position or longer battery life. When two batteries, in the camera and the HLD-9, are used together, approximately 840 shots (according to CIPA testing standards) can be captured. The GS-5 optional grip strap and AC-5 AC adapter for prolonged continuous use can also be used (via HLD-9).
